Our products are made to order and will ship approximately 3 to 7 business days after your order is received under normal business conditions. Please note that we do not offer shipping on weekends or holidays. While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, there are certain circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays. These include but are not limited to:
- Inclement weather conditions
- Power outages or disruptions
- Shipping carrier delays or disruptions
- Customs or import processing delays (for international orders)
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
We appreciate your understanding and patience should any of these situations arise.
The great news is that we are a growing company and we provide free shipping in the United States. Our fulfillment centers are located both in the US and overseas to keep the best pricing for customers. Our goal is to make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible.
Once your order is placed, you will receive several emails from us. The Grace To Faith team understands the importance of keeping you up to date on the status of your order. All emails will provide updates pertaining to product shipped, tracking information, confirmation request of receipt.
To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holiday, please place your order at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.
