WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS DUE TO CUSTOMER'S MISTAKES
Please check measurements, color and size before ordering apparel and any of our products. Please review the size chart under the product description prior to ordering.
Please be reminded that our policy last 30 days for return/replacement/refund requests. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a replacement or refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION
All of our products are printed on demand. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 3 hours after purchase. Â

REFUND/RETURNS/REPLACEMENT
We do not offer refunds or replacement on any products purchased during a sale or promotion.
To be eligible for a return, replacement or refund, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. All returns must be in its original packaging and also be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you. To complete your replacement or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photograph of the defective product/incorrect item. Additionally, please provide a reason for the replacement/refund. Please use the Contact Us link provided on our website and indicate if you requesting a refund or replacement.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
RETURNED TO SENDER
If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you. You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, but the refund will not include original shipping costs,.
Sometimes these packages are refused by the manufacturer and destroyed by the postal carrier. Sometimes they end up lost in transit. In any case in which we do not receive the package back, we can provide a 50% store credit towards a new item.Â
If you provided the correct address, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge. If you want to change the address, you will need to pay the shipping and handling fee. Â
If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it. Â You will be provided a tracking number and this is what we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.
If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number. We would require you to provide a claim ID from the local post office and validate it. As soon as the review is complete, we will send a replacement.
